Teachers for economics and law

For training as a teacher in economics and law, we recommend the two-semester lectures of the bachelor's undergraduate studies. It is mandatory to take the lectures and tutorials starting in the fall semester. The credit points are earned after the second semester with an examination. An examination after one semester is not possible. All students who are not matriculated in the bachelor's degree program in Law must register for the basic course examinations by e-mail. Information can be found here.

Subjects from the modules Fundamentals of Law can also be taken in the bachelor's postgraduate program. These are one-semester lectures with an examination at the end of each semester. Upon course registration, you are automatically registered for the exam. You can find the courses on offer in the course catalog for the respective semester.

Other bachelor's or master's courses are excluded due to a lack of the necessary legal expertise.

If you have any questions about the FHNW degree programs in economics and law, please contact Prof. Dr. Isabel Frese (FHNW), or consult the FHNW information sheet, page 6.
