- On June 3, 2025, Prof. Kurt Pärli will speak at the Schulthess Forum Employment Law Conference. His presentation is entitled: Policies - Fine words or legally binding obligations? You can find the conference flyer here.
- The EO conference "The EO for all cases - the EO for all cases" will take place on September 11, 2025 in the Pro Iure Auditorium at the Basel Faculty of Law. The interdisciplinary conference will discuss historical, sociological, legal, economic and political aspects and present the completed commentary on the EO. Participation in the event is free of charge.
2. KOAMI conference on October 23, 2025
The 2nd KOAMI conference will focus on the subjectof "Democracy in the world of work". In the morning, high-quality input presentations will be given by proven experts on this subject, while in the afternoon practical workshops will be held by specialists.
