Study in Bologna (Italy)
Founded in 1088, the University of Bologna is the oldest university in Europe. The Faculty of Law at the University of Basel has had a student exchange agreement with the University of Bologna in Italy for more than 10 years. These well-established faculty agreements enable a mobility stay of one or two semesters.
As part of this mobility stay, students are entitled to an exchange scholarship. The Faculty of Law recognizes of credits and grades taken at the University of Bologna (see list of international universities). In recent years, several students have taken advantage of this exchange opportunity and have had consistently positive experiences. Three of these students have written reports about their stay.
