Your degree completion documents can be certified by the Office of the Dean of Studies upon request.

Note: All degree completion documents from November 2023 onwards are certified and can be verified by third parties. Information can be found here.

We can also provide you with English templates if required. Please enter your subjects and personal details in English (we do not provide translations) and email them back to us for certification. Please contact the university abroad in advance to find out which documents you need to send in. You can request the following documents from the Office of the Dean of Studies:

• Translations of bachelor's and master's degree transcripts
• Translations of bachelor's, master's and doctoral diplomas.

On request, we can provide you with a confirmation ranking in English and German.

Please note that the minimum processing time is 3-4 weeks.
