2nd round: What is my goal for the retreat? What is my goal for Friday?
3rd round: In relation to my project, I am currently having difficulties with...
Second meeting on Friday evening
1st round: Check-in → How am I feeling right now, what's on my mind?
2nd round:
- I achieved my goal for the day / I didn't achieve my goal for the day.
- A sense of achievement for me today was....
- Tomorrow I would like to do ... differently.
3rd round: What is my goal for Saturday?
Third meeting on Saturday evening
1st round: Check-in → How am I feeling right now, what's on my mind?
2nd round:
- I achieved my goal for the day / I didn't achieve my goal for the day.
- A sense of achievement for me today was....
- Today I could have done ... better.
3rd round: I set my goals for the writing retreat realistically / ... not realistically.
Communication rules
- Make sure you treat each other with respect and appreciation.
- Let each other finish speaking.
- Say what you need to say, but be as brief as possible.
- Everything that is discussed within the group is absolutely confidential.
