On December 4, 2026, the 10th Basel Social Security Law Conference will take place as part of the “Recht aktuell” series. Current issues regarding the assessment of work capacity and (in)ability to work; the role of medicine and employers, as well as the interfaces with various branches of social security; challenges in determining table wages, hypothetical income, and the reasonableness of work assignments.
