A unique platform: competent speakers will address current subjects from the world of collective employment law in general and CLA enforcement in particular. - On December 4, 2026, the 10th Basel Social Security Law Conference will take place as part of Recht aktuell. Current issues relating to the assessment of (dis)ability to work; the role of medicine, employers and the interfaces with various branches of social insurance; challenges in determining table wages, hypothetical income and the reasonableness of work.
