Moot Courts of the Faculty of Law
Moot courts are fictitious court hearings in which teams of students act as legal representatives of the litigants and have to try a case before a fictitious court of renowned lawyers. They are thus a good opportunity to deepen various core competencies of the study program and to gain trial experience. Below you will find all moot courts that are offered at our faculty:
- Concours Jean Pictet (Direction: Prof. Dr. Anna Petrig)
- Concours René Cassin EMRK (Head: Prof. Dr. Andreas Müller)
