The Collective Bargaining Agreement Implementation Conference will take place on August 21, 2026. A unique platform: Expert speakers will address current subjects from the world of collective labor law in general and the enforcement of collective bargaining agreements in particular. Papers for this year’s LABORIS Conference on December 16, 2026, in Lausanne may be submitted through August 30, 2026. We are seeking papers on the following non-exhaustive focal areas:
- Mechanisms and effects of the deterioration of working and health conditions
- Dynamics of the (de)regulation of labor
- (Re)inventing the strike
LABORIS is the Swiss network for labor research. As an interdisciplinary network, it promotes research on the subject of labor and creates spaces for exchange and cooperation.
