- Advance notice: In July 2025, the Stämpflies Handkommentar SHK series will publish the volume on the Mitwirkungsgesetz (MitwG), edited by Prof. Kurt Pärli.
- GAV enforcement conference: Together with the Solothurn Forum for Continuing Education (SFW), KOAMI organized the CLA Enforcement Conference 2024 on 23 August 2024 in Olten. The event was a complete success and we are already looking forward to the CLA Enforcement Conference 2025, which will take place on August 22, 2025. The conference offers a unique platform that brings together various interest groups, deals with important and current subjects and thus contributes to a constructive, solution-oriented exchange in all areas of collective labor law. The 2nd KOAMI conference will focus on the subjectof "Democracy in the world of work". In the morning, high-quality input presentations will be given by proven experts on this subject, and in the afternoon practical workshops will be held by specialists.
