Master Business Law
The Master of Business Law (MLaw Business Law) is aimed at people who are interested in a career in a commercial law firm or in a company. The Master's in Business Law can be completed with or without a specialization. Students can choose between the four specializations General Business Law, Corporate and Tax, Finance and Life Sciences. The Master of Business Law is relatively highly structured, but offers a high-profile degree. Students must complete 44 CP in each of the basic business law courses.
In each of the three possible major subjects or freely selectable additional subjects, 18 CPs must be earned, and the master's thesis, which is assessed with 22 CPs, must also be completed in the area of the respective specialization. The remaining 6 CP can be completed either in the Zaeslin program or in a business law elective. The academic degree awarded is a Master of Law (MLaw) in Business Law with a specialization or free studies in Business Law.
