Master Bilingue
The Faculty of Law Basel offers the bilingual master's degree programs together with the Faculty of Law of the University of Geneva. In principle, the same subject requirements apply as for the Master of Law degree program, with the difference that no extracurricular subjects have to be taken and that the master's thesis counts for 22 CP within a seminar and 16 CP outside a seminar.
At least 30 credit points must be earned at each of the two partner universities. Students who choose this master's degree program can demonstrate their special language skills in addition to their specific specialization. Students also have the option of acquiring the 'Certificat de droit transnational' in Geneva. The academic degree awarded is a Master of Law (MLaw) with a specialization or free master's studies.
