The following regulations apply to all Bachelor's students who begin or have begun their studies on or after 01.08.2023:

- Confirmation of the composition of the module Private Law II in the bachelor's degree programs
The following regulations apply to all Bachelor's students from 01.02.2021:
- Regulations for Bachelor's studies in Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Basel dated December 1, 2011 (version with the amendments coming into force as of FS 2021)
