Anthology: A legal framework for AI in Switzerland

This anthology brings together contributions from the research project «Nachvollziehbare Algorithmen: Ein Rechtsrahmen für den Einsatz von Künstlicher Intelligenz».
The essays provide an overview of open questions in public law and, in particular, shed light on the disposition in the context of algorithmic decisions.
The anthology was produced as part of a project supported by the Mercator Foundation Switzerland and carried out jointly with the Center for Information Technology, Society, and Law | ITSL. The full text of the anthology is available here (in German).
