- GAV enforcement conference: Together with the Solothurn Forum for Continuing Education (SFW), KOAMI organized the CLA Enforcement Conference 2024 on 23 August 2024 in Olten. The event was a complete success and we are already looking forward to the CLA Enforcement Conference 2025, which will take place on August 22, 2025. The conference offers a unique platform that brings together various interest groups, deals with important and current subjects and thus contributes to a constructive, solution-oriented exchange in all areas of collective labor law. The 2nd KOAMI conference, which will take place on October 23, 2025, will focus on the subjectof "Democracy in the world of work". In the morning, high-quality input presentations will be given by proven experts on this subject, while practical workshops by specialists will take place in the afternoon.
