This year, the emphasis is on legal methodology in public law. It brings together early-career researchers from Europe and beyond for a series of presentations, group discussions, and collabo-rative sessions.
Participants will present their ongoing research, receive targeted feedback, and engage with key challenges in digital governance. The program will be complemented by keynote lectures by leading scholars.
The convention’s objectives are:
1. Stimulating in-depth international debate on digitalization and automation in the public sector, with comparative and transnational perspectives.
2. Placing legal methodology at the core of the discussions, enabling systematic engagement with methodological approaches, their theoretical foundations, and their relevance for public law in algorithmically driven ad-ministrative environments.
3. Fostering international networking and collaboration to support cross-border research initiatives in this evolving field.
