Faculty Units

The faculty bodies of the Faculty of Law consist of the Faculty Assembly, the Executive Board, the Faculty Committee and the Curriculum and Examination Commission.

The faculty assembly is the supreme body of the faculty. It consists of all professors and representatives of the other groups (lecturers, assistants, administrative staff and students). The managing director attends the meetings, which are chaired by the dean, ex officio with the right of application. The secretariat is run by the dean's office.

The faculty committee is composed of the dean as chairman, the dean of studies, the dean of research, the chairmen of the departments, and one representative each of groups II, III, IV and V (lecturers, assistants, administrative staff and students). The Curriculum and Examination Board is responsible for all tasks related to the curriculum, examinations and the promotion of young researchers. It is composed of the Dean of Studies as chairman, one delegate each for the Bachelor's programme and the doctoral programme, three delegates for the Master's programme and one representative each from groups II, III and V (lecturers, assistants and students). The secretariat is managed by the Dean of Studies.
