SUMMARY:6th Basel Arbitration & Crime Conference: Updating the Toolkit
DESCRIPTION:The “Toolkit for Arbitrators” that we drafted in 2018-2019
in a collective effort has attracted quite some interest. Four years late
r\, there has been progress in terms of case law and academic discussion r
egarding the topics that we address in the Toolkit. We think it is time to
start working on a second edition of the text. Based on the recent develo
pments\, we would like to take a fresh look at the hot topics.\\r\\nAs a f
ollow-up to the 2023 Conference\, we plan to edit the text of the Toolkit
and circulate it for views. The event is in hybrid format (virtual partici
pation is possible via Zoom webinar). All times are CEST.\\r\\nSee the eve
nt flyer for further information and the detailed program [t3://file?uid=5
160].\\r\\nFees and Registration There is no fee for the conference. If y
ou participate in person\, please register until 26 April 2023 by writing
 an e-mail to conference@arbcrime.org [mailto:conference@arbcrime.org]. Whe
